Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking form or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Star Shine Detailing.
We understand that plans change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For mobile services, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather affects your scheduled appointment.
Pricing for our services is provided upon request and depends on the size, condition, and type of vehicle, as well as the services selected. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any quoted price will be honoured for confirmed bookings.
Please ensure you inform us of any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues with your vehicle before the service begins. We document the condition of vehicles before work commences.
If significant additional cleaning or work is required beyond the original quote (e.g., excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or biohazard cleanup), we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charges.
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. Star Shine Detailing is not responsible for any items left in vehicles.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are fully insured for any damage directly caused by our negligence during the detailing process.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.
